Why Building Owners Partner with LED Consulting Pro

For a decision-maker, lighting is more than just fixtures — it is a critical component of operational overhead and regulatory compliance.

Strategic Lighting Design & Specification

We ensure your facility meets IES-recommended standards for safety, productivity, and aesthetics. Our photometric analysis and luminaire specifications guarantee uniform lighting and glare control across offices, healthcare, and industrial spaces — fully compliant with ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and local energy codes.

Get Answers

Sound Familiar?

Most building owners come to me with at least one of these questions. If any of these are on your mind, you're in the right place.

  • Which lighting control system is right for my building?
  • Do I qualify for utility rebates — and how much can I get?
  • How much energy will I actually save?
  • What is the payback period and ROI?
  • Which features do I really need versus nice-to-haves?
  • Which luminaires should I specify?

These are exactly the questions I answer every day. Tell me about your project and I will give you a straight, unbiased assessment — no sales pitch, no obligation.
